Q: What can I expect from the event?
A: Expect the unexpected! But rest assured, you will have a good time in beautiful surroundings.
Q: Is Is this really just an upmarket jumble sale?
A: No! At a jumble sale, you will expect to come across old tat, but here, all clothes are screened by our team to make sure you get the quality you deserve. You wouldn't be expected to leave a shop with a dress that has a stain down the front, so we would never let that happen here. We want you to have a brilliant experience.
Q: What if I don't find anything I like at the swap - can I use my frock points at another event?
A: Frock points is only valid on the day of the event. If you don't find anything you like, we suggest that you take whatever you can find and bring it along to one of our other swap events and trade it then.
Q: If I don't spend all of my frock points, can I exchange it for cash at the end of the event?
A: No. Frock points are only valid on the day of your event. Make sure you 'spend' away and make the most of spending without having to think about it.

Q: What happens to any clothes that are leftover after the event?
A: Past events have shown that hardly any clothes are left at the end of the day. But frocks who do not end up in a bag of a fashionista, are donated to Cancer Research UK shops. Cancer Reasearch UK is our chosen charity to support.
